POSITION: Helpdesk Technician

HOURS: 35-40 Hours/Wk
SALARY: $54,622.00/Year

EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Related
REQUIREMENTS: 6 months of experience in computer support or related


Assist staff with technical issues related to IT Support, website hosting, network storage, backup disaster or any similar technical issues that need to be resolved. Stay current on technologies available to acquire technologies that will be necessary to future business functioning. Design and create user friendly procedures manuals and other training materials to guide users for proper use of software and hardware. Investigate and resolve technical assistance and support problems to ensure that Info2Extreme staff are continuing to provide service to our customers. Meet with management to establish requirements for our web designers and other staff users to ensure that our systems are updated with cutting edge technology. Assess problematic system issues and contact vendors or technicians for problems that are beyond the scope of our company’s capabilities. Set up employee work stations and ensure proper installation of software, operating systems, and other elements related to computer setup. Document all problems and actions taken and other data transactions to ensure that each problem is being addressed and followed through. Make routine system observations to verify that the system is functioning properly and to attempt to catch and foreseeable errors. Work with staff and management to oversee that the performance of the computer systems is up to Info 2 Extreme standards.
